Grace McRandal  is the Director of Operations and brings a wealth of experience from the professional education sector. Her primary focus is on the smooth running of the charity, including administration, governance and finance. 

With a strong belief in the power of community to effect change, Grace is committed to helping Neurodiversity Ireland make a real difference in the lives of neurodivergent children and their families, through the provision of community supports, education and advocacy.
