Dairine Kennedy

Dairine Kennedy is a co-founder of Neurodiversity Ireland and a passionate advocate for inclusive, equitable communities where neurodivergent children and families are understood, supported, and celebrated. With a background in leadership and a deep commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, Dairine brings strategic insight and community focus to the organisation’s work.

In addition to her role with Neurodiversity Ireland, Dairine serves as Head of EMEA Scale & Insights at Global Partnership, Google, where she focuses on impact, growth and collaboration across the region. Her experience in global strategy and insights enriches her community and advocacy work, helping bridge organisational influence with grassroots engagement.

Dairine’s leadership and community impact were recognised when she was named Social Entrepreneur of the Year – Community Impact at the IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year Awards, honouring her dedication to building a more inclusive Ireland.

She is also a thoughtful voice on neurodiversity and confidence, especially in relation to dyslexia and other neurodivergent experiences. Her insights have been featured in podcast conversations and professional discussions that emphasise advocacy, self-belief and systemic change.

At Neurodiversity Ireland, Dairine helps guide vision, advocacy and community engagement, supporting the charity’s mission to educate, support and advocate for a more equitable future for neurodivergent people and their families across Ireland.
