Caroline Sherry is a finance leader and Director at Neurodiversity Ireland, bringing significant strategic, commercial and governance expertise to the organisation. She serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director at Hostelworld Group plc, where she leads financial strategy, sustainability and diversity initiatives at a global level.

Caroline began her career at PwC, developing a strong foundation in finance, leadership and stakeholder engagement, before going on to senior finance roles at Ulster Bank and Glanbia Performance Nutrition. She joined Hostelworld in 2019 and progressed to CFO and board director, where her role spans financial planning, compliance, investor relations and organisational strategy.

As one of a small number of female CFOs of publicly listed companies in Ireland, Caroline is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion in leadership and business culture. She is a member of the Balance for Better Business Review Group and champions initiatives that promote gender balance, sustainable practice and inclusive governance.

At Neurodiversity Ireland, Caroline contributes her financial oversight and strategic insight, supporting the charity’s mission to build communities where neurodivergent children and families are welcomed, understood and valued.
